Paul Gioia is the General Manager at
ACM Community Management. Paul has been
with ACM since 2009 in this capacity and is responsible for the development and
oversight of all Community Managers, and their support staff, and the Customer
Care and Client Services personnel. Paul
is also a member of the senior management team that helps formulate and
implement strategic planning and growth.
Paul comes originally from sunny
Florida and has worked in the executive offices of Budget Rent a Car and the
Budget Group in the operations of these companies and their growth. Paul has also spent time in the apartment
side of property management with one of the largest owners of apartment
communities in the United States, overseeing 7,800 apartments in Illinois and
Minnesota. Paul was also a Board member
on the Chicago Apartment Association from 2006 to 2010.
Paul is always available to interact
with ACM clients either by e-mail, thru the phone or at Board meetings.
