Maintenance Tip: Frozen Pipes

With the onset of arctic air hitting the region this winter, Homeowners should take preventative measures to prevent frozen water pipes. These measures should include identifying the plumbing pipes most susceptible to freezing  and wrapping them in foil or fiberglass insulation, then covering with a foam celled tubular sleeve.
