ACM Community Management feels that an
educated Board of Directors is an effective Board of Directors. So we have made a commitment to the betterment
of our Boards by providing and encouraging education and training. These opportunities come in many forms and in
many venues.
The field of property management is a
fluid and ever-changing arena, as can recently be attested to with the Palm
versus 2800 court decision, and Board members need to be aware of and accepting
of these changes. How can they be
prepared for what is out there now and for what lies ahead?
ACM provides quarterly seminars given
by professionals in the property management field, including some of our own licensed
managers and senior staff. These seminars
are held in various areas of our market to give each Board the opportunity of
taking advantage of these programs. We
also write articles in trade publications and participate in CAI and ACTHA
trade shows and events. Joining these organizations and actively participating
in what they have to offer compliments the offerings from ACM.
ACM is also glad to customize
educational sessions and bring them to your location.
As we all know, learning is a
life-long endeavor and ACM is filling the need in property management
education.
