Maintenance Tip: Roof Inspection

As we all know this has been an unusually harsh winter. All weather conditions, wind, rain, snow, ice,  sun, heat and cold affect your home’s roof. These damaging elements can reduce your home’s value as well as the quality of life for you and your family when affected by water infiltration into your home. As illustrated in this State Farm video, the best preventative measure is to have an annual inspection of your roof by a trained individual who knows what to look for.  For home owners who are responsible for the maintenance of their roofs, ACM Maintenance is offering a roof inspection that will include shingles, flashing and gutter systems. The inspector will leave with the home owner a written report of all conditions and recommendations resulting from the inspection. This inspection is being offered at $125.00.  If your roof is maintained by your Association then this offer does not apply.
