Have you ever received proposals for a project and you can’t
make sense of them because they are all so
different? It’s like trying to
compare apples to oranges. At ACM Community Management we have developed a
process that avoids just that and takes the guess work out of comparing
proposals.
Our Request for Proposal (RFP) process is headed by our
Director of Client Services. The RFP process provides our Property Managers and
Boards the support they need in obtaining qualified bids from experienced and
vetted vendors.
Specifications for your Association’s projects are created
by working closely with your Property Manager and an industry expert, ensuring
we are requesting the best processes and using the best quality products. Once
the specifications are approved they are sent out to our list of qualified and
experienced vendors. Our Preferred Vendor list consists only of leading
industry experts that have agreed to follow our strict Vendor Commitment guidelines
ensuring they are providing the best services and pricing for our Associations.
As proposals are received, they are analyzed to ensure they meet
bid standards as requested. Once all proposals are reviewed a Vendor Cost
Analysis is created, in which we provide an apples to apples comparison of all
proposals.
The Vendor Cost Analysis, along with all the proposals are
then provided to your Property Manager for their review and to include in the
Management Packet.
Our Request for Proposal process is designed to provide our
Boards with the peace of mind that they are selecting only from the best
Vendors in their industry, with the most comprehensive and detailed
specifications.
