Preventive maintenance is
the key to the long term financial success of any association. As part of
our on-boarding process, all new communities are thoroughly inspected by ACM's
Director of Building Services and the association's community manager, and a
report of maintenance related issues is provided then to the Board. Our
community mangers work hand-in-hand with our Director of Building Services and
our accounting staff to ensure that long term capital reserves are sufficient
and utilized to the best benefit of the association.
ACM has a highly
qualified, fully equipped in-house maintenance team to provide the fastest and
most cost effective routine maintenance needs. Our vans are on the street
7 days a week to service the immediate needs of our clients.
Construction management
services are provided, at a negotiated cost for large scale contracts to ensure
scheduling of various trades, scrutiny of change orders and appropriate
progress payments.
