Viviana Valentino is the Director of
Client Services and Marketing for ACM Community Management. Viviana has been with ACM for almost six
years, starting in 2008, beginning right after graduating from
Viviana’s roles are many here at ACM,
but her main responsibility is as Coordinator of the Vendor Management
program. This program involves the
writing of Requests for Proposals, the distribution of them to our qualified
and vetted vendors and then producing an apples to apples comparison sheet to
be given to the Boards to use in making educated contractor and vendor
decisions.
Viviana is also an important member
of our Marketing team. Among her Marketing tasks she produces our monthly newsletter,
coordinates special projects and organizes and assists in all of our Board
Member educational seminars, tradeshows and marketing efforts.
Viviana is always busy working for
the betterment of our communities and making sure we provide the best and
qualified vendors to them. But, she is never too busy to talk to a current
client on an upcoming project or a future client on how ACM can improve your
management experience.
