ACM Community Management Managers

The key to any successful property management company is the quality of the people they have working for them and how much emphasis they put on their personnel hiring process and how serious they are about having the best management candidates available to choose from.

http://www.acmweb.com/page/21262~329402/Community-ManagersACM Community Management takes the recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training of all personnel very seriously.  Obtaining the most qualified and professional property managers in the industry is the major goal we always strive for.  Some of the qualities we look for in a property manager are personality, the ability to communicate clearly and frequently, organization skills, commitment to education, proactiveness and a positive attitude.

At ACM, all property managers are licensed Community Managers through the State of Illinois.  We currently have several managers who have obtained certifications through the Community Associations Institute, including two Professional Community Association Managers, PCAM’s, and many who are Certified Managers of Community Associations, CMCA’s.

ACM Community Management is committed to the continued education of all personnel which directly benefits every client we have.  On a regular basis , all managers get together to hear from guest speakers and industry professionals who talk about legal matters, insurance, finances, auditing developments and a variety of maintenance issues.  Keeping on top of the evolving community association business is paramount to serving our clients professionally.

Some of the functions that our community managers perform are; regular site inspections and E-Report generation, production of monthly management report packages, meeting with vendors and contractors, attending project status and Board meetings and keeping the Board focused and results-oriented.

Being an ACM Community Management Manager means that they are the top of their profession.
