Edina Huskic is the Accounting Supervisor
here at ACM Community Management, but that title really doesn’t encompass all
of the responsibilities she has or operational areas that she touches.

Edina is responsible for many
functions. Edina reports directly to our
Chief Financial Officer, Donald Franzese, and currently oversees seven
accounting personnel who handle the day-to-day financial activities of all ACM
Communities. She also oversees the
Collections Department, coordinates the transitions of all new communities into
our systems, prepares 80+ budgets per year, processes payroll, oversees
refinancing, closing and FHA matters, monitors the financial status of our
communities and provides operational support and guidance to our property
managers and Board members, just to name a few of her duties.
Edina joined ACM Community Management
in 2007 and in 2010, assumed her current position. Edina holds an Illinois Real Estate
license. In her spare time, she enjoys
playing tennis, being outdoors and expanding her horizons.
